At the time of the first stone of the off-shore wind farm off Dunkirk, the Dunkerque sugar hall announced the opening of the cycle PLEIN VENT from 19 October 19 to 20 September 20.

The season includes an artistic and scientific exhibition on the wind, articulated with projects of territory, residences of artists, workshops, debates, experiments and festive events during a whole year. This cycle around the wind is articulated in connection with the Conferences and Sundays of the Urban Arts, once a month at the Hall of Sugar.

Designed by the Sustainable Cities Sustainable Learning Center in collaboration with COAL, this cycle will present and bring together contemporary works of art, architectural projects, historical archives, numerous partners from fields of research and research. wind-related applications, and social, cultural and scientific associations and structures.
